Time reserved for the development of divers who participate in the ALPS competition circuit.

SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING TEAMS

Time reserved for the development of swimmers who participate in the ALPS competition circuit.

Open to all members ages 5 and up.

Ability to swim minimum 3 minutes without touching the bottom of the pool required.

MASTERS SWIMMING

Period reserved for adults wishing to do swimming training. During each period, training is offered.

On-site staff can offer advice to improve technique at the request of the participant.

WATER POLO TEAM

(with Dixie Pool)

Join the new combined Water Polo team with Dixie  Pool.  

Mini-polo for ages 12 and under on Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm-2pm and regular polo for ages 12 and over Monday to Friday from 1pm-2pm.  Practices will be at Dixie Pool.  

The game schedule will be available shortly!

LEADERS

The Leaders program is back!

What is a leader? A leader is a young member aged 9 -13 who can't get enough of the pool! Leaders help out around the pool, organize fun activities and learn what it's like to be a Piscine Lachine Ouest lifeguard!

If that sounds like a fun challenge for your summer join the Leaders!

Season memberships (members) grant free access to all clubs, open swims, and activities. Please note that swimming and lifesaving lessons are available for an additional fee. For more information, feel free to email us at: courspiscinelachineouest@gmail.com.
